We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!
Please contact us with any concerns. All items must have an RA# before they will be received by our Returns Department. Please contact us for your RA# before shipping your item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange- but still contact us to see if we can help with your issue- I'm sure we can!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund. We will issue a refund after the returned item(s) have been received and processed by our Returns Dept.
